CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:
If you need to cancel your conference booking, please email Jennifer V. Kim.
Any cancellation notification received after April 8, 2024 will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be offered. All guest room bookings are made directly with the hotel, and are subject to their cancellation policy.
Should the A4L Community/PESC be forced to cancel this event, refunds will be offered to all registered attendees.
