Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your conference booking, please email Penny Murray immediately.
Any cancellation notification received after October 13, 2023, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be offered. All guest room bookings are made directly with the hotel and are subject to their cancellation policy.
Should the A4L Community/PESC be forced to cancel this event, refunds will be offered to all registered delegates.

Non-Member Rate: $900
Conference Package includes:
- Attendance at all conference sessions during the event
- Day 1: Afternoon refreshments.
- Attendance at the ‘Social’ event on Tuesday (early) evening
- Day 2: Morning & Afternoon refreshments and Buffet lunch
- Day 3: Morning refreshments
- Complimentary wireless internet in the meeting rooms
- If the registration form is being completed by someone other than the Attendee, please use the Attendee’s name/details on the registration form
- If the ‘Bill Me’ option is selected, payment must be made within 30 days. Any payments not received within 30 days will result in the registration being cancelled (unless prior notification has been received by the event organizer)
